CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, there are certain circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Inclement weather conditions
  • Power outages or disruptions
  • Shipping carrier delays or disruptions
  • Customs or import processing delays (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We appreciate your understanding and patience should any of these situations arise.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping cost may vary depending on items. However, we often run a Free Shipping sale.

PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order we process your item within 2-3 business days, this includes production time as most products are made to order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
As soon as the order is processed we will send tracking information to the email used during checkout. Delivery may take approximately 4-5 business days after processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at sales@irememberus.com or by utilizing the contact us button provided.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
