DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE ADDRESS FROM WHICH IT CAME.  YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST. 

At I Remember Us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We have created this Returns and Refund policy to make your experience as effortless as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@irememberus.com.  The email must include your name, order number, picture of defective/incorrect item, and a reason for the return/refund.
  2. As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
  3. If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, our team will send a return label to your email address. 
  4. Package your return using the return label sent by our customer service team and drop it off at a UPS facility (No other label will be accepted).

You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse.  Once received, we can refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.  We can also send a replacement.

Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you.  You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.  If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance.  There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.  

Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier.  Sometimes they end up lost in transit.  In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item. 

If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.  If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee. 

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.  Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (like special orders or custom items). We also do not provide refunds on expedited shipping and package protection. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.   

Tracking

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking information.  We would require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office and validate it.  As soon as the review is complete, we will send a replacement.
